The uncertainty that the pandemic has brought forth has left a lot of us quarantining at home, either alone or with our families. Either way, it hasn’t been easy to have so much social & physical distance from our loved ones and there have been multiple reports of it leaving individuals with a sense of unending tiredness despite proper rest. Join us for a webinar on understanding quarantine fatigue better and learning more about adaptive coping strategies.
