Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse that's often seen in abusive relationships. Often, it may be so implicit, that a person may not even realize that they are being gaslit. However, gaslighting or being gaslit can have serious repercussions on the mental health of individuals, which is why it is so important to understand the shape it takes. Join us for this interactive workshop which will help you understand what gaslighting is, and how it translates in different spheres of our life, including parent-child relationships, work relationships, or romantic relationships.
The webinar will be held over two days; the first day focusing on the theory and the second day will be dedicated to purely case discussion.
