About the Event
An individual’s attitude often informs the way they behave, even at the workplace. Two of the most important job attitudes that influence the way one behaves at work are Job Satisfaction and Organisational Commitment. What causes these positive job attitudes and other negative job attitudes? Why do some employees experience them more than others? This module seeks to critically analyse the very intricacies of employee attitudes to understand their influence at the workplace.
